Who can participate in nourish-mint nutrition programs?
Everyone! We work with people of all health levels!
What’s the time commitment this program?
Typically, clients spend 10-20 minutes a day reviewing the materials we send them. Some clients keep up with the handouts every day and some save them for some light weekend reading. Either way is fine. This is YOUR program! Also, one of the biggest perks of this program is you get to keep the program materials for life! This means that if some unexpected circumstance comes up and you can’t finish out the program you have everything you need to pick it back up when life permits. In addition to learning time, you will be creating yummy smoothies (5 min), snacks (10 min) daily, and meals (20-60 min) a few days a week (depending on household size).
I want to lose weight. Can nourish-mint help me?
Yes! nourish-mint is not specifically just a weight loss program. It’s a whole food, healthy lifestyle program that teaches you new ways to eat, helps you find right “healthy” foods for your body, and equips you to meal plan, prep food, cook and read labels, which are all significant tools for weight loss. Weight loss is common for people who use our program to switch to a clean whole foods diet. Losing 7-15lbs in the program is quite normal for our clients who want to lose weight. In addition, the whole food supplements we recommend significantly increase weight loss potential by providing consistent nutrients to the blood and boosting your protein and fiber intake daily.
